INTRODUCTION
LAS TERRENAS 10K, 2010 was the first athletic event ever celebrated in Las Terrenas, Samaná. Now going into its fourth edition, this ten-kilometer road race -with the support of the Dominican Federation of Athletics Associations (FDAA,) and certified by AIMS, Association of International Marathons and Distance Races and by IAAF, International Association of Athletics Federations- has established itself as a national and international event. In 2012, we added the 5K race which is run simultaneously and in the same 10K circuit.
ORGANIZATION
LAS TERRENAS MARATHON and LAS TERRENAS 5K-10K is organized by Las Terrenas Marathon and supervised by its Project Manager, Alma Arellano Campos.

VOLUNTEERS
VOLUNTEERS make Las Terrenas 5K-10K a success. The volunteer staff will be served a free breakfast before the race; they will receive a free volunteer t-shirt, and will have access to all refreshements provided by sponsors.
